Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment and Admission.
  • Enrollment is open to children aged 2 to 6 years.
  • All children must be fully enrolled before attending, and required documents (birth certificate, medical records, and emergency contact details) must be submitted.
  • Admission is subject to availability of space and may require an assessment of the child’s developmental readiness.
2. Fees and Payment.
  • Tuition fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Fees are non-refundable once paid, unless the school cancels a class or program.
  • A late fee will be charged for payments not received by the due date.
  • Additional charges may apply for special activities, events, or extracurricular programs.
3. School Hours.
  • The pre-school operates mostly from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Monday through Friday) and
  • Parents are required to pick up their child on time.
4. Health and Safety.
  • Parents must provide up-to-date immunization records and notify the school of any known medical conditions or allergies.
  • In case of illness or injury, the pre-school will attempt to contact parents immediately. In emergencies, the child may be taken to the nearest hospital.
  • The school adheres to safety regulations, including secure entry points, child-to-teacher ratios, and regular emergency drills.
5. Attendance.
  • Parents must notify the school in advance if their child will be absent.
  • Consistent attendance is encouraged to help children adjust to routines and maximize their learning experience.
  • Extended absences may affect the child’s enrollment status.
6. Behavior and Discipline.
  • The pre-school uses positive reinforcement and redirection techniques to manage behavior.
  • Parents will be notified if there are concerns about a child’s behavior, and a meeting may be scheduled to discuss strategies for improvement.
  • In cases of persistent disruptive behavior, the school reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment.
7. Communication.
  • Regular communication between the school and parents is encouraged through progress reports, parent-teacher meetings, and a digital communication platform.
  • Parents must ensure they provide up-to-date contact information for emergencies.
8. Personal Items.
  • Children are allowed to bring comfort items (e.g., a toy or blanket) but should not bring items that can cause distractions or conflicts.
  • The school is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
9. Termination of Enrollment.
  • The school reserves the right to terminate enrollment if a child’s behavior is deemed disruptive, if fees are not paid, or if there are safety or health concerns.
  • Parents may terminate enrollment by providing written notice in accordance with the school’s refund policy.
10. Liability.
  • The pre-school is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur on school premises unless caused by the school’s negligence.
  • The pre-school takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of children but is not responsible for external events or accidents beyond its control.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions.

The pre-school reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
